Frame Cleaner shows what your account stores on the server, so you can remove what you do not need.

Show the biggest first, or sort by name.
Turn on Big Files Only to see everything that is 5 MB or more.
Select what you want to remove and press Delete Selected. It asks you to confirm first.
Scan again after you delete to see the new numbers.
